We are a small UK based company supplying high performance disinfectants and other hygiene products through our website. We manufacture and pack our products in the UK using imported active ingredients which have been thoroughly tested and are proven effective and very safe in use. 

We are consistently developing and extending our range as we endeavour to bring you more innovative and effective products.

We want our customers to enjoy shopping with us and to be fully satisfied when using our products. To assist our customers we kindly ask that you take the time to read our TERMS AND CONDITIONS. PRIVACY POLICY

At Biohex Enterprises  we are committed to protecting your privacy. We will only use the information that we collect about you lawfully (in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998) and we will never pass your information to any third parties.

We will only collect information about you to firstly process your order and secondly, to give us the opportunity to provide you with information about forthcoming events or special promotions that may be of interest to you.
We will not e-mail you in the future unless you have given us your consent and we will give you the chance to refuse any marketing email from us.

Online credit card transactions are securely processed via Paypal and we have no access to your credit card information. Where orders are processed over the phone we will carefully dispose of the information and it will not be stored for future use.

PAYMENT POLICY

We accept Credit and Debit card payments via Paypal, and also Paypal account payments. Whilst we will accept, cheques, postal orders and bank transfers, please note that payment must be cleared before goods are dispatched, and this may seriously delay despatch of the goods to you. Cheques, Postal Orders, and Bank Transfers should be payable to T.Dickinson.

RETURNS POLICY

Customers who wish to return or exchange items must do so within 7 days of receipt and you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery declaring your intention to return. The original postage will not be refunded and the customer must bear the cost of returning the item, except where the item is found to be faulty. We ask that you return the item (along with the correct receipt or proof of purchase) unused and unaltered, with an intact seal and in its original packaging within the 7 days by a traceable method.

We will not be held responsible for damage or loss of goods through the postal system, therefore if your item arrives damaged at our premises we will not refund and it is up to you to claim from The Royal Mail.  Any orders returned without prior arrangement via email, letter or phone will not be accepted. Should we receive any returns that have been damaged in the post we will contact the sender. It is up to the sender to claim from the Royal Mail and we will not be involved in the process.

Customers are asked to be aware that there are some products that are exempt from our 7 day return policy. Any returns where the package has been opened by breaking the security seal will not be accepted for refund or replacement.

Most of our products are manufactured and packed by us and a security seal is applied before despatch.  You must advise us immediately should these products arrive with a broken seal so that arrangements can be made for return and so that we can investigate the reasons for the damage. 

INTENDED USE

Risk in goods shall pass to the customer on delivery and Biohex Enterprises shall not in any way be liable for any injury, harmful effects or significant loss resulting from the application of any inappropriate use, inadequate care, neglect, process treatment or storage of goods after delivery.
